I contacted this business directly regarding a local community initiative, attempting to engage with the owner peer-to-peer. The individual who answered the phone, who identified themselves as the owner. He demonstrated an immediate lack of professionalism and basic etiquette. Before a straightforward question could even be completed, the owner became verbally dismissive and abruptly hung up the phone. In a precision service industry like automotive detailing, communication, patience, and temperament are everything. It begs the ultimate question for any potential customer: if you cannot trust the owner of this establishment to handle a simple, respectful phone call, what makes you think you can trust him with your vehicle? If leadership lacks the basic discipline to finish a conversation, it raises massive red flags about how they handle consumer relations, dispute resolutions, and the actual cars left in their care. Highly unprofessional conduct. Proceed with caution.

Since I had just had surgery and couldn’t properly wash it myself, they had me come back in, showed me exactly how to care for the ceramic coating, and got the vehicle looking perfect again. I always say that people make th

I’ve brought three vehicles to Alex at Auto Image over the years, and every experience has been outstanding. Most recently, I had my 2025 4Runner done, and as always, the results were flawless. From window tinting to windscreen treatment, the work is always clean, professional, and delivered on time. Alex and his installation team takes pride in what they doand it shows. Alex offers competitive pricing and exceptional service after the sale. He’ll walk you through your options, offer realistic suggestions tailored to today’s modern vehicles, and help you get the best look and function for your ride — without the pressure or upselling. If you care about quality, professionalism, and honest work, Auto Image is the place to go. Highly recommended.
